Brian Massie is a commercial real estate executive with nearly 30 years of experience in investment, development, construction management, and asset repositioning across the United States and Canada. His experience spans acquisitions, development management, institutional underwriting, construction oversight, capital structuring, operational strategy, and asset management — advising ownership groups, investors, and development teams through every phase of the project lifecycle, from acquisition and entitlement through construction, stabilization, refinancing, and disposition.
